1. Contractual Relationship
In accordance with Article 6 of French Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, regarding confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), users of the website and the Nation application are informed of the identity of the various parties involved in its creation and monitoring:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access or use by you of the Nation mobile application (the "App") and any services provided by Natscale SAS. By accessing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and GDPR, you must be at least 15 years of age to create an account. Use of the App by anyone under 15 is strictly prohibited. Natscale SAS reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
3. User Accounts and Security
Registration: You may register via email or third-party providers (Google, Apple). You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Natscale SAS is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Termination: You may delete your account at any time. Natscale SAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that remain inactive for more than 24 months.
4. Prohibited Conduct and Content
You agree not to:
Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your professional title.
Use the App for spamming, "phishing," or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
Attempt to disrupt the integrity or security of the App (hacking, scraping, or reverse engineering).
Sanctions: Any breach of this section may lead to the immediate permanent ban of the user and, where applicable, the transmission of data to judicial authorities.
5. User Content License
You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting content on Nation, you grant Natscale SAS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sub-licensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.
6. Third-Party Services (Discord & WhatsApp)
Nation facilitates access to external communities on Discord and WhatsApp.
Independence: These platforms are independent of Natscale SAS. You are subject to their own Terms of Service.
Non-Responsibility: Natscale SAS shall not be held liable for any content, moderation decisions, or technical failures occurring on Discord, WhatsApp, or any other third-party platform.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Natscale SAS harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
9. Data Collection
We collect the following personal data:
Identification: First name, last name, email address.
Professional Info: Job title/Position.
Location: Approximate location manually declared by the user. No real-time GPS tracking is performed. Our mapping system intentionally prevents high-precision zooming to protect user privacy.
10. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data based on:
Contractual Necessity: To provide the networking services.
Legitimate Interest: To ensure the security and moderation of the community.
Consent: For the information you choose to display on your public profile.
11. Data Retention
Active Accounts: Data is stored for the duration of the account’s existence.
Deletion: Upon account deletion, personal data is removed immediately from active production servers.
Statutory Obligations: Minimal data may be archived for up to 1 year to comply with French laws regarding the identification of content editors (LCEN).
12. Security and Processors
Security: We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect data transfers.
Hosting: Data is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. within the European Union (Cyprus).
No Sale of Data: Natscale SAS strictly prohibits the sale or rental of user data to third-party advertisers.
13. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of your data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

14. Modifications
Natscale SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the App. Continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are governed by French Law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office (France).
